5K Fun Run & 1-Mile Doggie Stroll at Aliante Homes

This Saturday, April 9th, Aliante Homes will be holding its second annual "Trails and Tails 5K Run and 1 Mile Doggie Stroll". Join in the 5K run through Aliante's scenic trail system or bring your 'best friend' for a 1 mile Doggie Stroll around Nature Discovery Park's 20 beautiful acres. If you don't have a dog of your own, the Lied Animal Shelter will loan you an adorable pooch to walk - which you can choose to adopt that very day. There will be awards, prize drawings and refreshments... plus free T-shirts for the two-legged participants and bandanas for all four-legged participants.

Pre-register online by this Friday, April 8th at Trails & Tails by Aliante or call 1-866-874-6394. Packets can be picked up at Aliante's Information Gallery on Friday, April 8, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Net proceeds from the event will be donated to the Lied Animal Shelter / Date of the Event is Saturday, April 9th:
8:00 a.m. - Doggie Stroll: $15.00 with pre-registration / or $30.00 on the day of the race
8:30 a.m. - 5K Run: $15.00 with pre-registration / or $30.00 on the day of the race
9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. - Pet Adoption and Post Event Party

Directions to the Aliante Information Gallery, 2600 Nature Park Drive, North Las Vegas 89084: Take US-95 north to the I-215 exit east. Head east on the I-215, exit at Aliante Parkway and proceed south to the Aliante Information Gallery.
