Urban Village Announced
Keep your eye on the 50 acres at the corner of Pyle and Las Vegas Blvd., between the new South Coast Casino (currently under construction) and the to-be-built Stations Casino. A unique urban village, aptly named "Urban Village", will be making its debut in the Las Vegas real estate market over the next 3 years. Residential sales of this unique Las Vegas real estate is set to begin next month. Units will range from just under 1,000 sq. ft. up to 3,000 sq. ft. and will be priced from below $200,000 up to $1 million. Total project cost for this pedestrian-oriented community is expected to top $1 billion.
