Del Webb's Sun City Anthem in "Aliante" Continues To Grow

Sun City Anthem’s community of "Aliante" continues to be in very high demand. The Las Vegas Review Journal stated that Aliante’s “newness and distance from the city” adds to the area’s already existing appeal.

For example, Dennis and Vicki Mustard recently relocated to Las Vegas from Northern California. After searching a wide variety of Las Vegas real estate, the Mustards decided that their home would best be suited in Del Webb’s Aliante. They loved that the location was not too close to the Strip, as well as the fact that Sun City Aliante featured quite a list of amenities and outdoor activity options. Vicki gloated in saying that, “We love the open and spacious feel of the Laurel design”, when referring to her newly purchased home plan.

The community of Sun City spreads over 400 acres and is specifically designed to encompass several outdoor, recreational and community activities. Builders include D.R. Horton, Astoria Homes, Paradee Homes and Pulte Homes, and prices start in the high $100s.
