The "Ivana" to Become the Tallest High-Rise in Las Vegas

Get ready, folks... Ivana, the project that was formerly known as The Summit, is going to be the tallest Las Vegas luxury high-rise condo addition to the city's "vertical craze". The massive tower will stand an unbelievable 940 feet tall and consist of an astonishing 73 stories. The project will sit on the northeast corner of Las Vegas Blvd South and Sahara Avenue and will be categorized as a “condo-hotel”.

Ivana will encompass 960 units and consist of nine different floor plans. The top floor of the building is being reserved for a mind-blowing penthouse residence, which will cover an incredible 15,700 square feet. This “jewel” of Ivana is projected to to sell for more than $30 million when complete. The Las Vegas luxury high-rise development hopes to become “a high-class gateway to downtown Las Vegas” and is currently reserving units.

Although Ivana will not be finished for three years, the project has already attracted a significant amount of interest and recognition, not only in America, but in places like Australia and Asia as well.
