The infamous
Residences at MGM Grand has officially broken ground on their second tower. The
Las Vegas luxury condo-hotel project, which allows owners to participate in a hotel-rental program for a portion of the year, will stand a gaping 40 stories tall.
The Residences at MGM Grand's second addition, currently 95% pre-sold, will have a total of 576 units. Ultimately, a total of six towers is planned, each with 40 stories and 576 units.

The Residences at MGM Grand. Pricing will start below $350,000 and range up over $1 million.
All residences are fully-furnished, including an LCD flat screen HDTV, and the list of finishes and amenities are plentiful... sub-zero and Meile kitchen appliances, Italian cabinetry and crown molding are among the many luxury characteristics that the project will offer as standard.
MGM's Tower II will has its very own fully-staffed lobby, swimming pool, concierge, valet parking, fitness center and 24-hour security services. Owners will be able to enjoy each of the five pools throughout the development, as well as the Grand Spa with its 30 treatment rooms, fitness center and many casual and fine dining restaurants.
