Downtown's "Sandhurst" Thinks Ahead..
Michael Mirolla, who is an executive member with the builder knows that, “high rise living is very different from living in a single-family home”, he also stated that, “From the design features to the type of community that is created, the high-rise lifestyle gears itself to a certain group of like-minded people looking for luxury and conveniences not typically found in a traditional home and neighborhood." Part of the main concept for high rise living, particularly in Las Vegas condos, is to give home-buyers amenities, easy access, and a variety of choices at their very fingertips. No yard up-keep, shopping, entertainment, and dining options, as well as hotel-style services, are all apart of the “lock an go” lifestyle in which Las Vegas high rise living is proud to present.
Michael claims that the project has several goals, one of which being that, “That the residents should not hear music from their next-door neighbor or footsteps from above”. “Next to sound, long-wait times for elevators is the next complaint issued by residents in a high-rise”, stated Mirolla. That issue will also be taken into consideration when building “Sandhurst“.
Units are priced from the $300s and go well into the millions of dollars and floor plans range from 800 to more than 4,000 square feet.
