Downtown Las Vegas' "
Newport Lofts LV" is not only preparing to break ground within the next couple of weeks, but their mock-up model is now complete as well! This highly-anticipated, urban high-rise project will boast loft-style residences ranging from 912 to just below 1,700 square feet.
Grant Garcia, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the
Newport Lofts, stated, "We have designed the model home so that homeowners would be able to physically see the type of high-rise, loft-style product we're developing." When asked about the variety of features and design options to be shown within the model floor plan, Grant shared that, "Acrylic is a hot material for decorating right now, so the shoji screens are very popular; they create a private bedroom while maintaining the loft-style spaciousness of the home."
The
Newport Lofts' shoji screens are not the only desirable part of their much sought after loft-style living, but top-notch kitchen finishes and appliances are huge benefits, too. Big names like Bousch, Kitchen Aid, Wolf, Kohler, and Dornbracht are incorporated into each spacious residence. The builder has additionally elected to use Dellacasa cabinetry throughout the units and Garcia says that, "Dellacasa is world-renowned for its high quality cabinets and mechanisms. Drawers automatically close and cabinets have hydraulic arms to prevent them from slamming." These are only a mere fraction of the standard feature upgrades being offered at
Newport Lofts.
Other characteristics, such as exposed HVAC ducts and mechanicals, and standard 10 to 12 foot ceilings are included to give the luxury residences a true loft-style feel. Pricing ranges from the mid $400's and the
Newport Lofts has already converted around 110 of their 168 units into contracts.
