"Tuscany Residential Village", the popular residential community to be developed by Rhodes Homes, not only has an Italian name, but the village looks very true to its roots. Deanna Forsyth, a sales representative for the builder, said that she was, "…amazed at how much of the region's culture and traditions were captured to make much of Tuscany Residential Village similar to the Tuscany region of Italy. The look and feel of our development really captures the essence of Italian countryside living." Obviously speaking from experience, Deanna recently returned from a trip to Italy herself.
Owner, Jim Rhodes, and Vice president, Glenda Rhodes, both admitted to literally traveling across the world to ensure that that "Tuscany" would indeed showcase the authentic traits and characteristics of the city for which it was named. Glenda stated that, "While in Italy, we were taken by the area's rolling hillsides, green cypress trees, sandy roads, rust-colored farmhouses and moss-coated castles." She also said that, "When we chose the Tuscany name, we knew it would be important for all the details of our community to be inspired by those colors and textures," when asked about how the actual name "Tuscany" came about.
Pricing within the community starts at $374,990 and varies depending on size and layout. The Tuscany Residential Village will be built on a golf course and consist of seven individual villages. This stunning
Las Vegas real estate development will offer both one and two-story floor plans and amenities will include a 34,000-square foot recreation center, optional golf course memberships, both tennis and basketball courts, and more. Construction on Tuscany Residential Village is slated to begin later this year.
