"Aliante" is Still Selling Strong...

Although North Las Vegas’ age-restricted sections of “Aliante” are doing extremely well, there are many neighborhoods within the master-planned community that appear to be attracting home-buyers of all ages! Del Webb’s “Club Aliante”, which is guard-gated and possesses an exclusive 325 homes, seems to be pleasing anyone who walks through the sales office door!

When asked about the amenities offered at “Club Aliante”, Pierette Tierney, sales manager for the development, excitedly stated that, “The club offers a resort-quality lifestyle at a great value.” She also ventured to put a big smile on the faces of local Las Vegas Realtors confirming that, “We're pleased to offer up to 5 percent co-op for Realtors who assist us with selling our available homes.”

Each home within the community is built with the Environments for Living Technology label, which has proven to be fifteen times more effective than the Energy Star label.

“Club Aliante” residences start in the high-$400s and sizes begin at 2,168 square feet and go beyond 3,600 square feet.

The master-planned village of “Aliante” is set to include several parks and walking paths, a library, which is planned to open in 2006, tennis and basketball courts, along with many other resident-oriented amenities. “Aliante’s” first of two elementary schools is also scheduled to open next year as well.
