If you think that mid- and high-rise living is simply limited to the Strip and downtown areas of the booming
Las Vegas real estate market, then think again. Developers LVMB have recently unveiled their plans to build "17th and Vine" in Henderson on Stephanie Street, which will consist of several three, four, and five story buildings.
"17th and Vine" will offer future homebuyers prime access to shopping, restaurants, schools, parks, and the surrounding freeways. The development will also be just minutes from the infamous Las Vegas Strip and McCarran Airport.
"17th and Vine" will have a total of 466 residences and 65,000 square feet of space designated for retail shops, such as a salon, dry cleaner, postal service, bank, and several restaurants. Additional amenities for the project are set to include walking trails, a fitness center with plasma TV's, an amphitheater, steam and massage rooms, a swimming pool and spa, a BBQ area, and a clubhouse with a business center, juice bar, and theater!
Each residence at "17th and Vine" will come standard with nine- to twelve-foot ceilings, structured wiring, granite countertops, low-e windows, an island kitchen, and a balcony.
Sizes for "17th and Vine" start at almost 1,000 square feet and go up to almost 2,500 square feet. Pricing for this desirable
Las Vegas mid-rise starts in the $200's and reach beyond $700,000.
