Rhodes Homes opened their new community called "La Luna" on Saturday. The neighborhood is located in Henderson at Tuscany Residential Village, and showcases residences and neighborhoods inspired from Tuscany, Italy.
Potential buyers are now able to see the very first phase of "La Luna", and the response to both the design and architectural plans has been a big hit! Ryan Soucie, the director of sales for this brand new community, lately boasted that, "The visitors this weekend have been in awe of the impressive floor plans and the many standard features that come with each home at La Luna."
Prices for this recent addition to Tuscany Residential Village start from the mid-$300's, and floor plans range in size from 1,724 to more than 3,400 square feet. One and two-story homes are among the choices at "La Luna"; and vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets, spiral staircases, lofts, dens, and kitchen nooks are just a few of the top-notch features that Rhodes Homes is offering their homeowners.
Soucie spoke on behalf of both himself and the builder when stating that, "We are proud to have opened our fourth community at Tuscany Residential Village." He also said that, "We now have more housing options for homebuyers to choose from, all within a ... community with numerous amenities."
Those amenities are scheduled to include a 34,000-square foot recreation center, along with Italian countryside themes, a bell tower, and clock tower.
In all, Tuscany Residential Village will have seven distinct villages, with a total of 2,000 residences. If you're searching for
Las Vegas real estate that stands out from the "crowd", you'll want to put this Village on the top of your tour list!
