Las Vegas Mid-Rise "Onyx" Scheduled for Spring 2006 Completion!

The "Onyx", located at the intersection of Reno Avenue and Duke Ellington Way, just east of the renowned Las Vegas Strip, anticipates to be fully completed in spring of next year and is currently selling units!

The Las Vegas mid-rise will include a modest 63 residences, of which less than 20 are still available for purchase. Floor plans for the project will range in size from 1,169 to more than 2,200 square feet and pricing begins at $573,000.
