Richmond American Homes Opens Two New Neighborhoods!

Richmond American Homes, who is currently selling their two newest neighborhoods, "Clare Ridge" and "Clare Commons", held a grand opening event today. The well-known builder encouraged potential homebuyers to visit each of their six model homes and provided them with ice cream, cold drinks, and hot dogs!

Both communities are located in the northwestern part of the thriving Las Vegas real estate market, just off US-95 and the LV Beltway. Sizes for the homes range from 1,703 to more than 2,000 square feet and inventory is not expected to last long!
