Big-name developers, Related Las Vegas and Centra Properties, have joined forces with popular movie actor, George Clooney, and familiar investor, Randy Gerber, in order to produce what is being foreseen as, Las Vegas' largest high-rise project yet! "Las Ramblas" will cover an incredible twenty-five acres and consist of a jaw-dropping total of eleven towers! The Las Vegas high-rise will offer potential purchasers a selection of condo-hotel units, residences, and exclusive bungalows.

Shopping, dining, gaming, a health club, and a spa will all be offered at the $3 billion development. Amenities are set to include everything from a 24-hour doorman, full security, and valet parking, to concierge services and valet parking, and much more.

The complex will be constructed in two phases, the first of which will break ground in mid-2006, and is scheduled to be completed toward the end of 2008.

The project's condo-hotel dwellings will come fully-furnished as a standard.
