Rhodes Homes' Tuscany Residential Village Opens "Avellino" Model

Well-known Las Vegas builder, Rhodes Homes, has just opened their brand new subdivision called "Avellino", located within the developer's Tuscany Residential Village!

This piece of Las Vegas real estate has floor plans from 2,573 to more than 4,300 square feet, and eight individual layouts for buyers to choose from.

Ryan Soucie, the director of sales for Avellino says that, "Our floor plans are innovative and spacious." He also stated that, "Visitors get a wonderful experience touring the new models!"

Pricing for the new Henderson neighborhood start in the mid-$300's and vary depending on size and location. The Tuscany Residential Village will eventually consist of over 2,000 homes, which will be built throughout several different subdivisions.

Construction for the community's recreation center will begin in 2006, and there will be a total of seven distinct villages within Tuscany when it is completed.
