"Ansedonia" in Southern Highlands is Almost SOLD OUT!

Southern Highlands, which has been a booming area of the Las Vegas real estate market since last year, has almost completely sold out its "Andsedonia" neighborhood! The community, developed by Southwest Homes, has only 15 homes remaining available, out of its total of 160 residences!

"Andsedonia" is comprised of two-story homes, with six different floor plans from which to choose. Prices start at $303,990 for the "Palermo" layout, which measures 1,478 square feet, and they range up to $329,990 for the "Rivera" design, which has nearly 2,000 square feet of living space.
