"Day Dawn Estates" is Continuing to Offer a FREE Pool With the Purchase of a Home!

Wagner Homes, a Las Vegas home developer, is extending its incentive program for "Day Dawn Estates", located in the northwestern part of the Valley. The promotion that gives Las Vegas homebuyers a FREE swimming pool with the purchase of their brand residence, will continue through the end of October.

The pool will be installed by Paragon Pools here in Vegas, and the improvement is valued between $25,000- $30,000.

Lisa Charleston, a sales representative for the development, recently stated that, "It has brought in a lot of people. Everyone loves the idea." She also knows that, "Purchasing a home that already has a pool saves the buyer money," and "The buyer doesn't have to pay for the pool at all because we are handling that for them!"

Standing inventory for the neighborhood consists of two different layouts, both of which are two-stories. The 'Diamond' floor plan is 2,309 square feet and includes four bedrooms and a loft area. It is priced from $440,026. The 'Emerald', on the other hand, is priced from $421,360 and measures 2,094 square feet.

Each residence in "Day Dawn Estates" will come with an Energy Star label, as well as low-e windows and gas fireplaces. Other interior upgrades include ceramic tile, top-notch paint, pot shelves, and oversized front doors.
