Lennar Homes has created a unique, yet functional,
Las Vegas home design for families that are looking for something a little different! Their "upside-down" home features a downstairs loft area, which incorporates all of the uses and characteristics of an upstairs loft!
"Tierra Bella", located in Paseo Village in the western part of the Valley, has really impressed
Las Vegas home buyers! Christine and Gil Fuentes recently decided to buy a brand new home in the neighborhood. "It's different and unique. I have two boys, and we like the fact that it has a loft that is downstairs, so that they're not jumping around making noise. It's just like a loft, although it's not upstairs. There is also additional cabinetry down there," said Gil.
Homes at "Tierra Bella" range anywhere from 1,684 to more than 1,800 square feet and pricing starts from the high-$300's.
Mr. Fuentes also touted that, "The stairs are not long, so they're not hard to maneuver. It gives us a penthouse feel, which is really nice!"
Christine, on the other hand, "really liked the kitchen with the upstairs balcony." She also said that the area had "a beautiful view."
The
Las Vegas home builder elected to utilize its "everything's included" system within the community, meaning that extras like additional lighting, low-e windows, covered patios, and pre-wired cable and telephone features, already come as standard features.
