The Newport Lofts Hosts "Final Sales Release and Groundbreaking Event"

The Newport Lofts, a Las Vegas high-rise project located downtown, will be holding their "Final-Phase Sales Release and Groundbreaking Event" this coming Thursday, October 20th. The happening will include hors d'oeuvres and beverages, presentations on the downtown renaissance, and of course, the development's final sales release!

The Newport Lofts is currently 75% sold out, and the Las Vegas high-rise's remaining 25% will be available for purchase on the night of the event! The city's honorable Mayor Goodman will also be present at the ceremony, to show his tremendous support for the loft-style project which broke ground about eight weeks ago.

Units at the Newport Lofts range from 912 to more than 3,000 square feet in size and pricing begins in the high $400's.

The development recently changed its downpayment requirements, now only asking for 10% immediately upon signing a contract, and an additional 5% in February of 2006.
