It's always encouraging to find a sales agent who is proud of the product they are selling, and at "Tantara", a Rhodes Homes neighborhood, that is just the case! Linda Peraldo had nothing but positive things to say about the community located in the southwestern Las Vegas real estate market!
Linda recently gloated that, "We added 50 standard features that you don't normally see in new construction!" She also talked about the builder's effort to remain environmentally-friendly by using special hot water pumps, stating that, "We live in the desert and we need to conserve water. This device saves time, as well as water." Low-e windows are also a standard feature in these Las Vegas homes, which really go the extra mile in order to insure that each "Tantara" resident is as energy-conscious as possible.
"On the inside, we've done more. For example, since taller baseboards look better, we have standard baseboards that are 6 1/2 inches high," said Linda. These little extras really make the difference in quality within a home according to Peraldo. She simply states that, "We could have gotten by without the extras, but we wanted to build homes differently. And the people who have moved into Tantara have definitely noticed the difference."
The Las Vegas homes range in size from 1,734 to more than 2,400 square feet. Prices for the residences begin at $339,990 and vary depending on floor plan and lot size.
