The rapidly changing downtown Las Vegas area now has, yet another, addition to its already impressive portfolio of
Las Vegas high-rise projects! "Juhl", a fifteen-story development, which will be mixed-use, recently began taking reservations!
Rich Gustafson, President of CityMark Development and the project's mastermind, feels that the town has created a large demand for this type of residential product. Rich stated that, "Demand has been strong because home shoppers are captivated by Juhl's distinct architecture, customizing floor plans and proximity to downtown's chic boutiques, clubs and galleries."
He must be right. "Juhl" reportedly sold out almost 90% of its first phase of released units in just a few weeks. The
Las Vegas condo project is set to include 341 residences, which are available in over 100 different layouts. Lofts, walk-ups, and live-work spaces are also options for future downtown
Las Vegas home buyers. Sizes for the units range from 600 to just about 2,500 square feet.
A fitness facility (two stories), secured parking, fully landscaped rooftop, pool, and spas will all be incorporated into "Juhl". The development will also encompass 8,000 square feet of mixed-use retail shops.
CityMark, who has taken part in much of downtown San Diego's renovation, is excited to mark its first project in the greater Las Vegas area. On behalf of the development company, Rich said that, "We are delighted to be a part of the new, very walkable urban village being created in downtown. With the new Regional Justice Center, the World Market Center and a number of eclectic boutiques and restaurants opening up, the renaissance of downtown is well under way!"
"Juhl's" interior features will include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, floor-to-ceiling windows, concrete floors, terraces, and high-tech internet capabilities.
Pricing for the
Las Vegas high-rise begins in the high-$200's and varies depending on type of unit, size, and location.
