Las Vegas Subdivision Offers Incentives For Homebuyers

"Carlisle Place", a Las Vegas home community located in the southwestern part of the Valley, is offering incentives to homebuyers.

Carlisle Place purchasers will, for a short time only, have opportunities to receive backyard landscaping packages, upgraded kitchen appliances, and/or an allowance toward floor coverings, when using the builder's preferred lending company.

The community is comprised of single story homes and has three unique layouts. Two-car garages are standard, and features such as upgraded cabinetry, exterior landscaping, and laundry areas are optional.

These Las Vegas homes start in the mid-high $200's. Sizes start at 1,271 and go up to 1,400 square feet. Buyers who purchase before December of this year will receive many pre-sale incentives for this gated neighborhood.
