"Tierra Bella", a Las Vegas home development in Summerlin, has really impressed potential buyers with its "Luna" layout. The two-story floor plan features open spaces and gorgeous characteristics.
Jackie Lopez, a sales representative at "Tierra Bella", recently said that, "I'd say at least 40 percent of our buyers want the "Luna". When you enter the home, you have a nice stairway to a loft and or bonus room, which overlooks the rest of the home."
Jackie also feels that part of the reason Las Vegas home seekers fall in love with the "Luna" layout is that, "There's also the large, open family/great room, so the home has great balance. It includes a fireplace and TV niche."
Interior designs for each home include covered terraces and patios, as well as kitchen islands and large pantries. "Tierra Bella" purchasers have a cabinetry color choice, and Lopez said that, "The cabinetry that is selected in the kitchen will flow through the home. Oak cabinets are included, and buyers can upgrade to maple or cherry."
Sizes for these Las Vegas homes range from 1,870 to more than 1,800 square feet and prices begin from the low-$400's.
