Dan Riordan, the director for sales at the MGM Grand, explained that, "We began sales for The Residences in January 2004 and, less than two years later, we have less than one-third remaining for sales in our third tower." He also reported that, "There has been an overwhelming demand for this low maintenance, turnkey lifestyle overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. We began construction on our third tower three months early because of brisk sales."

The Las Vegas high-rise development offers floor plans starting at 550 square feet and ranging beyond 1,000 square feet. Each tower has a total of 576 units, with pricing beginning in the $500's.

Crown molding, granite countertops, imported cabinetry, lock-out closets, and high-technology are all a part of why this Las Vegas high-rise has been such a success.
