"Boca Raton" Buyers Are Spreading The Word!

"Boca Raton", a Las Vegas condo project currently under construction on Las Vegas Boulevard South, has reportedly had a great deal of referral clientele lately.

Donna and Louis Castaneda, two Nevada residents, decided to purchase a unit within the development. Donna said, "I like where the community is located because the South Strip is developing itself." She also mentioned the Las Vegas real estate transaction went very smoothly, stating, "I had no difficulty with the buying experience. I had five or six questions or concerns and the sales team listened."

The couple was so confident in their new residence that the pair shared the news with Donna's sister, Charlotte. Just days after hearing of her sister's excitement, Charlotte and her spouse flew to Vegas in order to preview "Boca Raton". They ended up being equally impressed and purchased one of the Las Vegas condos.

Jerry Peterson, a managing partner of the development, voiced that, "It is such a great honor to have a potential buyer walk through the door and tell our sales team that they were referred by a friend or relative." He also said that he felt, "That means the person referring them loved the product, had a great experience with our sales staff, and were excited about their purchase."

"Boca Raton" will consist of 756 condominium units within four unique buildings, each standing seven stories tall. Pricing for the Las Vegas condos starts in the $300's and goes as high as $1 million. Unit sizes begin at 593 square feet and are offered as large as 2,300 square feet. Amenities for the project are set to include a 10,000-square foot clubhouse, several pools and spas, fitness facilities, as well as concierge services.
