"Eagle Canyon" Models Open In Northwest Las Vegas!

US Homes has just opened up a brand new community in northwest Las Vegas! The neighborhood, "Eagle Canyon", opened its 20 model homes last weekend, which will all be ready for move-in by the end of the month.

Tina Smith and Don Williams, two sales representatives for the subdivision, are both very excited to be a part of "Eagle Canyon". Tina explained, "Our first homeowners begin moving in right after Christmas. We also have selected homes including all floor plans still available. So it's not too late to take advantage of our great year-end incentive programs."

The Las Vegas home community will consist of 29 residences, with lots ranging from 8,700 to 19,377 square feet. The neighborhood will have a secured entry, as well as a beautiful park which will spread across a half acre. "Eagle Canyon's" only road, Revital Court, actually wraps around the neighborhood's lavish park area.

Matchless features like breakfast nooks, retreats off the master bedrooms, porch entries, double sinks, and interior bars with seating will be incorporated into these homes.

Sizes start at 3,124 square feet and go up to more than 4,400 square feet. Layouts within "Eagle Canyon" offer Las Vegas home buyers many variations in both size and design.

Prices for the homes begin in the $500's and availability is not expected to last long. US Homes is also including their new line of interior design packages, giving purchasers many options regarding color schemes, granite counters, flooring, appliances, and so forth.
