Downtown's "Juhl" is preparing to convert their already existing reservations into contracts! The Las Vegas high-rise development will consist of a fifteen-story tower, along with several mid-rise and mixed use units, and will take up a large section of the corner of Fourth Street and Bonneville Avenue.
There will be numerous floor plans for Las Vegas home seekers to select from, including layouts ranging from 600 up to 2,500 square feet. Interior decor for the buildings will include concrete floors, stainless steel appliances, internet capabilities, upgraded cabinetry, and floor-to-ceiling windows.
Rich Gustafson, President of CityMark Development, "Juhl's" development company, recently expressed, "We're thrilled to announce Juhl's contract writing event has been scheduled for January 14!" He also said that, "Due to a growing demand, and considering the rate at which Juhl is moving forward, home shoppers should reserve a loft now in order to secure the best possible price."
Pricing for the Las Vegas condo project begins in the high $200's. Amenities are scheduled to encompass a large fitness facility, 9,000-square feet of retail vendors, roof-top area complete with courtyard, pool, and spas, as well as secured parking and live-work residences.
