Northwestern Las Vegas' "Silverado Ranch", which is being developed by Pulte Homes, is quickly approaching its close out! "The Collections", which consists of the "Merion", "Oakmont", and the "Cypress", are all attracting Las Vegas home seekers.
The residences range in size from 1,321 to 2,665 square feet and pricing starts in the high-$200's. One and two story floor plans are available for purchase and there are a long list of amenities within each subdivision.
Lindsey Motley, sales manager for "The Collections", takes pride in her job. She recently touted that, "… the strong sense of community and privacy are motivating factors for Silverstone Ranch buyers." She also said that, "With beautifully appointed model homes for sale, serious home buyers have a great opportunity to move right in with many of the finishing touches already completed."
Each Las Vegas home within "The Collections" will be certified with Environments-for-Living technology, which makes them 15% more efficient when it comes to energy use. The certification also allows the residences to cut down on cooling and heating costs. Blown-in cellulose and low-e windows are also provided.
Pulte Homes builds reputable homes throughout 28 different states, and is based in Michigan. The developer is also known for its "Del Webb" brand, which focuses on age-restricted, master-planned communities.
