"Marble Canyon", located within one of the Las Vegas real estate market's newest and hottest master-planned communities, "Mountain's Edge", is more than half reserved! The gated southwestern Valley's subdivision is set to include 153 residences, 95 of which are already spoken for.

The community's builder, Lennar Homes, has elected to make sure that each home is fully equipped with their "Everything’s Included" package. This will give "Marble Canyon" home buyers options on everything from cabinetry, driveways, and fireplaces, to appliances and countertops. Terraces and three-car garages are standard within a portion of the neighborhood, and features like bonus rooms, dens, libraries, and play rooms are also offered.

Sizes for "Marble Canyon" residences range from 2,474 to more than 4,000 square feet, and up to five bedrooms are available. Pricing starts at $506,990 and goes up to $633,990.

Each of Lennar's Las Vegas homes are Energy Star certified, meaning they will be environmentally efficient and sound.
