Summerlin's "C2 Lofts" Under Construction!

Summerlin's "C2 Lofts" are currently under construction! The Las Vegas condo project, which began sales this summer, is almost completely sold out. The development's second building is now selling loft-style units and Las Vegas home buyers are practically chomping at the bit to purchase these unique and luxurious residences.

Juliana Burke, a sales agent for the "C2 Lofts" feels that, "There is simply nothing else like C2 Lofts in Southern Nevada right now." She also commented, "Our buyers represent a range of ages and lifestyles, but what they all tend to have in common is an appreciation for turnkey living, where they can come and go as they please, and forgo the maintenance responsibilities typically associated with homeownership. These Las Vegas condos range from a spacious 1,400 square feet to more than 2,700 square feet and prices start in the $600,000's. There are a variety of layouts and terrace views for buyers to select from, and amenities such as a roof-top garden, BBQ pits, fireplace, and seating areas are all a part of what the "C2 Lofts" has to offer.
