Las Vegas' Summerlin Celebrates the Holidays!

One of Las Vegas real estate's most notable master-planned communities, Summerlin, was very excited to celebrate this holiday season! Not only were there several homes glistening with lights and other festive decorations, but carolers and shopping mania also swept the Las Vegas home community.

Southwestern Las Vegas' "Black Mountain" Community More Than Halfway Reserved!

"Marble Canyon", located within one of the Las Vegas real estate market's newest and hottest master-planned communities, "Mountain's Edge", is more than half reserved! The gated southwestern Valley's subdivision is set to include 153 residences, 95 of which are already spoken for.

Last week the Horizon Awards luncheon took place at Las Vegas' Stardust Hotel. "Boca Raton" Buyers Are Spreading The Word!

"Boca Raton", a Las Vegas condo project currently under construction on Las Vegas Boulevard South, has reportedly had a great deal of referral clientele lately.

Donna and Louis Castaneda, two Nevada residents, decided to purchase a unit within the development. Donna said, "I like where the community is located because the South Strip is developing itself." She also mentioned the Las Vegas real estate transaction went very smoothly, stating, "I had no difficulty with the buying experience. I had five or six questions or concerns and the sales team listened."

The couple was so confident in their new residence that the pair shared the news with Donna's sister, Charlotte. Just days after hearing of her sister's excitement, Charlotte and her spouse flew to Vegas in order to preview "Boca Raton". Las Vegas High-Rise Project Ahead of Schedule!

Well-known Las Vegas high-rise project, the Residences at MGM Grand, is currently three months ahead of its initial construction schedule. Director of Sales, Dan Riordan, says that, "We began construction on Tower C three months early because sales were moving so quickly. Summerlin's "C2 Lofts" Under Construction!

Summerlin's "C2 Lofts" are currently under construction! The Las Vegas condo project, which began sales this summer, is almost completely sold out. The development's second building is now selling loft-style units and Las Vegas home buyers are practically chomping at the bit to purchase these unique and luxurious residences.

Juliana Burke, a sales agent for the "C2 Lofts" feels that, "There is simply nothing else like C2 Lofts in Southern Nevada right now." She also commented, "Our buyers represent a range of ages and lifestyles, but what they all tend to have in common is an appreciation for turnkey living, where they can come and go as they please, and forgo the maintenance responsibilities typically associated with homeownership. They are also people who want to exercise their own creativity in terms of how they utilize their interior living space."

These Las Vegas condos range from a spacious 1,400 square feet to more than 2,700 square feet and prices start in the $600,000's. There are a variety of layouts and terrace views for buyers to select from, and amenities such as a roof-top garden, BBQ pits, fireplace, and seating areas are all a part of what the "C2 Lofts" has to offer. Additional amenities include a pool, which is heated, two spas, and a fitness facility, as well as retail spaces.

Each of the development's buildings will stand five stories tall and buyers will receive a membership to the exclusive Red Rock Country Club when purchasing a loft.
