Downtown High-Rise Project Approaching Conversion to Contracts

"Juhl", a downtown Las Vegas condo project, will soon be converting their existing reservations into contracts. Developers, CityMark, have planned to hold this "contact signing" event on January 14, 2006 at an eatery close to "Juhl's" future location.

The project, which will be comprised of 341 loft-style units, will also boast live-work residences, as well as both retail space and warehouses. "Juhl" will consist of five different buildings, each being unique in its architecture.
