Jerry Peterson, a partner in the project, said, "We're still selling condominiums in the first phase, which allows buyers to get the best pricing available; but, the homes are moving fast as buyers recognize that construction costs are rising, and know the pricing will eventually increase." Also, "Our buyers are well-educated in real estate and they want to lock in at the best price possible."
