"Spanish View Tower" Opens Brand New Sales Center!

"Spanish View Tower", a Las Vegas high-rise that will sit west of Buffalo Drive, recently put the finishing touches on its sales center! The project will cover 15 acres and will consist of three towers, each standing eighteen stories tall.

The brand new design center is 2,000 square feet of displays, samples finishes, and Las Vegas high-rise information. Jeannine Cutter, a sales representative for the development, commented that, "A design center is not unusual. What is unusual is a qualified designer with years of experience, nationally and internationally, available to assist the client through every aspect of home design and the consulting service is included in the home purchase."

"Spanish View Tower", which will boast 444 Las Vegas condo units, will offer buyers 11 unique floor plans starting at 1,835 square feet and reaching beyond 9,000 square feet. The property will be fully secured and amenities such as a fitness center, day spa, climate-controlled parking, tanning services, swimming pools and spas, as well as a wellness health area, will all be incorporated into this one of a kind project.

Additionally, Cutter explained that, "A client can choose to utilize Jessica and her team for one aspect of their home design or to design the entire home. We made the decision to work with (them) for many reasons but, in particular, we both remain committed to providing the client with their dream."
