Wagner Homes Releases New Homes in Northwest Las Vegas!

"Dawn Day Crossing", a Wagner Homes community in the northwestern Las Vegas real estate market, is now selling another phase of homes.

The company's leading man, Paul Wagner, has said, "We sold a total of eight homes at Day Dawn Crossing during the weekend! People love the quality of our homes, which exceed industry standards. We no longer have any standing inventory."

Apparently, many of the recent buyers are from California. Jon Montgomery, a sales representative for "Dawn Day Crossing II" explained that, "Californians still see great value in Southern Nevada real estate." He also stated that, "The boom is back for us! We're starting new phases in each of our four communities now."

The Las Vegas homes within "Dawn Day Crossing" range in size from 1,309 square feet up to almost 3,000 square feet. Prices start in the high $200's and options such as lofts, terraces, and patios are all part of what Wagner Homes includes with these Las Vegas homes.
