Avante Homes new Las Vegas home community “Mesa Verde” has made one couple very happy! Jason and Rachel Lutz recently purchased a 1,181 square foot “Spirit” model layout within the neighborhood.

The Las Vegas real estate market is not the only hot place to live in Nevada, “Hawk Ridge Condominiums”, a condo complex located in Mesquite, NV just recently sold out its first phase!

The Booming Real Estate Market Encourages A Brand New Commercial Addition!

Las Vegas homes are not the only facets of construction taking place in the valley! “Town Square”, a $750 million dollar multi-purpose structure is now being built! The much-anticipated project will include eateries, shopping, office spaces, and entertainment options that will appeal to those who have purchased Las Vegas homes and high rises within the area.
