The inventory within the Las Vegas real estate market is always increasing, and Meritage Homes’ is a part of the valley’s expansion! The Las Vegas home builder is now promoting its new homes within “Northern Terrace”, a subdivision located in the west side of town.
Brand new owners, Geoffrey and Jackie DeMaios, recently gloated about their new Meritage Home, quoting that, “”Meritage offers a great value for a fantastic home. Their homes are really pretty, never cookie cutter! Providence is in a beautiful mountainous setting, close to where I work and near relatives. Nothing beats a master plan. I’d like Jenna to have the experience of riding her bike to school.”
The Las Vegas homes offer homes for everyone, including touches like, master retreats, exercise rooms, bonus rooms, and more! Sizes range from a little over 1.300 square feet and spread beyond 2,600 square feet. “Northern Terrace” has both one and two-story homes available for purchase and all of the Las Vegas homes have at least two-car garages.
Geoffrey was also pleased with the layout of his home, which was perfect for the couple’s daughter, Jenna. He explained that, “Jenna will essentially have her own wing. We can be downstairs entertaining while Jenna and her friends play in the loft. It’s just perfect for us.”
Prices start in the $200,000’s and are expected to be completed within the next couple of months!
