The gated condominium development offers a mix of one- and two-story units in two neighborhoods — The Plaza and The Metro collections. The neighborhoods offer a total of eight floor plans that measure 895 square feet up to 1,713 square feet.

The Metro Collection features condominium designs from 895 to 1,381 square feet with up to three bedrooms, two baths and private patios or deck balconies.

Plaza Collection designs offer 1,212 to 1,713 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two baths, a den/loft in some plans and up to two-car direct access garages. Patios and decks, are features of certain plans.
