Meritage Homes Offers A Traditional Feel

Meritage Homes is adding to the Las Vegas real estate market with their latest subdivision, “Providence”, which will be located in the northwest. The brand new master-planned community has just began construction on its model homes so that Las Vegas home buyers will be able to see firsthand what floor plans and appliances will look and feel like.

The Las Vegas homes will begin pricing in the $200,000s and Meritage will offer more than 10 layouts for purchasers to select from.

We’ve enjoyed much success with our Mountain’s Edge communities in the southwest and Geyser Peak in the north. The same buying trend is under way at Northern Terrace.”
