Hard Rock hotel owner Peter
Morton launched his $1 billion expansion
project in May 2005, stating that “everyone
wants a piece of the Rock."
A 24 acre former apartment
complex will be transformed into 1,200 units
of high-rise condominiums, condo-hotel rooms
and poolside bungalows.
According to the the
Hard Rock Las
Vegas luxury hi-rise condominium model,
three condo towers to be called The
Residences, the tallest of which would be
350 feet. Prices are stated to start in the
mid-$900s for the one, two and three-bedroom
units. Each unit will be comprised of two
stories with floor-to-ceiling glass walls.
As part of the famous Hard
Rock family, amenities such as
direct entry
elevator access to every unit are standard.
