condo project will be
specifically created for residents who will
occupy their units.

Las Vegas
hi-rise condominium
project, called
Liberty Tower, is projected
to be completed the last quarter of 2005.
Located on the Strip, this building
considers itself a “landmark in residential
development offering outstanding lifestyle
benefits”. With more than 20 levels, Liberty
Tower will consist of two bedroom + den
layouts, three bedroom + den layouts, and
three bedroom + den penthouses.
The views from
Liberty Tower range from the Las
Vegas Strip,
to Downtown, to both East and West
mountains. All residents will have access to
features such as:
a heated lap pool, gym, sauna, spa,
entertainment and recreational facilities
with a BBQ area. European-style appliances
and fixtures, along with quality finishes
will also be included.
Although all of the
Las Vegas
luxury condominiums
come complete with flooring, kitchens,
bathrooms and lighting fixtures, window
coverings and furniture do not come
standard.
