The marvelous, duel 64-story
towers, better known as, the
Trump International
towers, will stand directly on the fabulous
Las Vegas Strip.
The
two buildings, which will also include a
casino, will be positioned across from the
brand new Wynn Resort, as well as the
Fashion Show Mall, and will notably be
Donald Trump’s very first project here in
Las Vegas.
The
Trump International
tower I, has fully reserved each of its
1,282 Las Vegas luxury condo units. The
building will be sculpted with many similar
characteristics as Mr. Trump’s well-known
project in New York.
The
condominium
residences will offer buyers 880 studio
units, 352 one bedroom layouts, and 50
luxury penthouses consisting of one, two,
and three bedroom suites.
There is definitely works
of a second tower to be built, which is
expected to follow the first very quickly.
Prices for tower II will reportedly release
at $1,350 per a square foot and will have
features and amenities to match the first
tower.
The New Frontier’s Phil Ruffin has joined
Trump in the making of this future success.
The towers will reportedly take up somewhere
