The
ultra trendy Palms hotel and casino has
recently announced that they too would like
a piece of the rapidly growing
high
rise
Las Vegas condos market, with the plans for their
upcoming 50-story
Palms Place tower that will be a must
have for anyone who is anyone! The project
will include 599 luxury condominiums and
will break ground this year.
Already in the works, however, George Maloof,
Palms developer, has begun construction on a
40-story tower that is planned to have a
2,200-seat showroom, two additional
restaurants, 347 rooms and suites, and an
incredible 8,000 square foot recording
studio.
The future tower is set to be attached to
the Palms existing property by a
“glass-enclosed elevated moving walkway”,
and will feature studio residences, one
bedroom, and penthouse suites that will
range from 600 to 7,000 square feet.
According to Maloof, “Residents will have
full use of the Palms restaurants and other
amenities”.
Sales have not been an issue thus far due to
the Maloof family’s wide spread connection
with various actors, entertainers, sports
figures, and other such celebrities. Even
without the public, these residences priced
between $500,000 and 7 million dollars have
selling quickly! |
