What We Will Do For You:
1. We will
assist you in getting pre-approved
for your home loan or you can use a lender of your choice.
2. We will automatically email you regular updates of
Las Vegas homes that match your specific buying
criteria. With this information, you pick the homes you
like and can then drive by them to decide if you want us to arrange a
private showing at your convenience so you can see the inside
and take a closer look.
3. To ensure you get the best home for the best
possible price we will use our Specialized Knowledge of the
area of interest. We’ll then plan a strategy with you regarding
an offer price, possession date, financing terms, etc. We
will then prepare your offer, present it on your behalf and
then negotiate in your interest for the best deal possible.
4. Our
service continues even after you have purchased a Las Vegas home by showing you
where to find the best local services such as home improvements,
remodelling, home inspection, surveys, legal expertise etc.
In return
for these services, you will agree:
1. To strengthen any offers
and make your house hunting process easier by applying for loan
pre-approval within the first 5 days of this agreement.
2. To allow
